When will my order be dispatched?

Everything is printed to order. Orders are dispatched the next working day after you place them (Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays). An order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday is dispatched on Monday. Each product page shows the dispatch date for an order placed now.

Delivery costs

Free UK delivery on orders over £25.
Standard delivery (Royal Mail): £2.99, or £4.49 if your order includes a mug.
Next-day delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery): £8.99, or £9.99 if your order includes a mug – arrives the working day after dispatch.
The delivery cost is always shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate from our delivery partner and can be longer at busy times such as Christmas.

Tracking and updates

We email you when your order has been dispatched. You can also see the status of your orders in My account → Orders.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of any damage. We’ll reprint or refund – see our returns & refunds page.
