Yes. Your design is saved automatically on your device while you work. To keep it for good, log in and use Save – it will be in My designs, where you can reorder it any time.

Use the original photo from your phone or camera rather than a screenshot or a photo sent through a messaging app. The designer warns you if a photo may look blurry at the size you’ve chosen.

The preview in the designer is your proof – it shows your design at the real size, with the cut lines on stickers. Please check spelling and dates carefully before ordering, as we print exactly what you design.

Only if you own it or have permission to use it. We can’t print other people’s trademarks, characters or copyrighted artwork.

Please see the product page of each mug for its care information. To keep the print bright for longer, hand washing is always kindest.

The 11oz mug is the classic size, the 15oz mug is larger (and also comes with a red inside and handle), and the 12oz latte mug is taller and wider at the top. The designer shows each mug’s exact print area.

The designer shows which half of the design is on the left and right of the handle. Check it in the 3D preview before you order.

Gloss or matte white vinyl, clear vinyl and holographic. The product page shows what each is best for, and you can compare them side by side.

That’s the cut line – where the sticker will be cut. Keep important text a little inside it, and let backgrounds run right to the edge so no white line shows after cutting.

Yes. On the sticker sheets choose Custom size in the designer, pick a shape (round, square, heart, star and more) and set the width and height. We fit as many as possible on the sheet.

Yes – the more sheets you order, the less each sticker costs. The price table on each product page shows the discount for each quantity.

Free UK delivery on orders over £25. Otherwise standard Royal Mail delivery is £2.99 (£4.49 with a mug), or next-day £8.99 (£9.99 with a mug). The cost is always shown in the basket and at checkout.

Yes. At checkout tick This is a gift and we’ll leave the prices off the packing slip. You can add a gift message too.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll reprint or refund. See Returns & refunds.
